Morning Vinyasa — 60 minutes, warm room.
An hour of paced sun salutations, balancing standing postures, and a brief seated cooldown. Warm but not hot — the room rests at 78°. Best as a weekday opener.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow — 75 minutes, unheated room.▸ Sample, on view.
Our signature class — a measured flow with longer holds in the standing postures and a generous closing. Perfect if vinyasa usually feels rushed. The Saturday 9 am cohort fills first.

A still practice working into connective tissue rather than muscle. Bring patience, leave with hips that finally feel open. Props supplied.
